Infobuz.com's mission is to create a friendly online forum on which people can easily read and write reviews of businesses or services. Infobuz.com is also a site where businesses can offer service recovery to users that have expressed their dissatisfaction.
Who should use infobuz.com
Anyone who wants to know where to go out or which store to shop at or which company offers the best service.
Is it free to subscribe?
Yes, you only need to create your account and that is it!
How do I subscribe?
1. Select the Create new account tab (blue) to the right of choice of language at the top of the page.
2. Fill out all required fields. These fields are identified by a small red star on their right.
3. Be sure to fill out the section: Word Verification; with the word generated by the computer in the field below.
4. Press Sign Up.
5. A message will appear on the screen: Confirmation email, you will receive an email to enable you to activate your infobuz account.
6. To complete the activation, please click on: You have to click on this link to activate your account.
How do I cancel my account?
Please contact infobuz.com at support@infobuz.com to advise us of your intention to cancel your account.
We will confirm the cancellation of your account by email within 24 hours.
What does claiming ownership of a business mean?
When you claim ownership of a business, it means that you are the owner of the business of the announcement.
Obviously, infobuz.com will validate the veracity of the information of the person claiming ownership of the business. After claiming ownership of a business on infobuz.com, business owners will be able to publish special offers to users of infobuz.com.

How to chat?
1. First make sure that you are connected!
2. Select the Chatter tab on the home page.
3. Select from one of the conversations, by clicking on one of these topics.
4. Enter your comments in Reply and press Send.
5. If you want to start your own conversation, click Start Conversation.
6. Fill in the fields and click Send.
How to post an event or see one?
* Please note that all publications of event must be approved by infobuz.com before appearing on the site.

2. Select the Events tab on the homepage.
3. You can read the existing events per day.
4. You can add an event by clicking on Add Event
5. Fill in the appropriate fields.
6. Press Submit.
How to publish a Classified or see one?
* Please note that all publications of a Classified must be approved by infobuz.com before appearing on the site.
1. First make sure that you are connected!
2. Select the Classified tab on the homepage.
3. You can read the existing Classified by selecting topic.
4. You can add a listing by clicking Post a classified.
5. Fill in the appropriate fields.
6. Press Submt.
How do I invite a friend to join infobuz.com?
1. First make sure that you are connected!
2. Select the Invite Friends tab on the homepage.
3. Enter the address of the person you wish to invite in the email column.
4. Enter the name of the person you wish to invite in the Full Name column (optional).
5. Enter the message you want to send or use the one already registered.
6. Press Send Invite.
How to send a message to an infobuz.com friend?
1. First make sure that you are connected!
2. Select the Message tab on the homepage.
3. Click on Compose.
4. Choose a friend of your friends list.
5. Insert a subject.
6. Enter the message you want to send in contents.
7. Press Send.
How to publish a special offer on
infobuz.com?
*Please note that all publications of special offers will be allowed only after the claim of ownership of an announcement, by the owner of the business, is approved by infobuz.com. This will allow infobuz.com to confirm that users who claim to be the owners of a listing are indeed the true owners of this business.
1. First make sure that you are connected!
2. Select the ad of the business that you own.
3. Click on Own this Business?
4. Then go to My Profile and select the announcement of your company.
5. Click Create New Special Offer.
6. Complete the required fields.
7. Click Create Special Offer.
Can a business from which I have evaluated the services get in contact with me?
Yes, in fact, we encourage the companies to offer service recovery to users of infobuz.com. Do not worry, we will not give your personal information or your email address to businesses. The only way they can get in touch with you is through the internal mail service of infobuz.com.
Do I have to respond to a company wishing to get in contact with me?
No, however, we encourage you to do so in order to encourage the companies to offer better services and more importantly to offer service recovery to the users of the community of infobuz.com.
Can my account or ad be revoked?
Yes, if we see inappropriate comments that may be interpreted as discriminatory of any kind such as hate messages, racism, etc.. Furthermore, if a business wishes to get in contat with you in order to offer you service recovery and you decide to ignore such request, this one could request that your comment be removed through a service offered by infobuz.com. (If you are a merchant see below)

I am a merchant and I would like to get in contact with a user of the site in order to offer service recovery.
We congradulate you! If it is not already done, you only need to register, and use the messaging feature of the site.
To do this, click on the username of the listing of the person and then click send a message. Finally, enter a subject, a message content and send.
